John Cox recently helped me to design a brand new audio visual system for my living room. He was able to put together an outstanding package that includes a 77" LG OLED TV, state of the art Yamaha receiver, and Dolby Atmos surround. John succeeded in staying within my budget and was still able to create a system that blew my mind in terms of sound quality and aesthetics. John's professionalism, extensive A/V knowledge, and pleasant personality made for an exceptionally rewarding experience. John Cox and team obviously take pride in their work and the results speak for itself. John was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of our options in a way we could understand. No high pressure sales, no pushing us over our budget. They started when the said they would and finished when they said they would. Eventually we will add on to our system and AV 360 is the only company we'll use.

Excellent professionalism and customer service!

Excellent professional service. I had 5.1 surround sound in-ceiling speakers installed. There was lots of attention to details, cleanliness, and professionalism in the job done.
