Jim’s customer service is great! He is professional, always on time and very knowledgeable about all sorts of projects. Honest too!

Jim has been excellent to work with across three different projects (ceiling fan installation, outdoor outlet installation, and side entry door replacement). He handled the first two projects with ease. The entry door was a challenge due to substantial rotting of the old door frame. Jim took the time to correct all of the deficiencies, spending extra time with us in the process to make the door look great. I highly recommend him and will be contacting him again for our future needs!

Jim understood exactly what we wanted done. A simple new shower , with no frills and a 30” doorway instead of a 24” doorway to bathroom. New dry wall and new flooring. Put in a new Toilet which we already had bought, and a new cabinet with sink. We are very pleased and have had family n friends say how wonderful it looks.We would recommend Jim to anyone and will call on him again for our next project in the future.

I asked him to install 3 new outlets above my cabinets and in my closet. I specifically said I wanted the outlet off the ceiling light to have full-time power, even when the switch to the light is off, otherwise he would have to run it elsewhere. He configured it so it turns on and off with the overhead. It?s either incompetency, carelessness, or sheer malevolence, but either way he shouldn?t be allowed to self-employ, or brand himself a handyman. I mean at one point he even thoughtfully considered wiring one to the microwave outlet, which is against every code I?ve ever seen. The man needs supervision by a competent professional.

On time..(early, polite, knew what he was doing & very reasonable! Plan to have him do more in the future too!

Jim did a wonderful job installing an electrical outlet beside our toilet for a bidet! He was quick to communicate, arrived on time, and successfully completed the job. We love our newly installed bidet! I would hire Jim again.
