I was informed that I would be charged $69.00 to check to see what the problem is with the dryer, and remined the Tech to let me know what the problem is and the cost before making the repair. The Tech repaired the dryer without consulting me and charged $180.00, I fill the charge was reasonable but I felt this was very deceptive. So far so good the dryer is working properly.

Good customer service and professional. Mr Aiden appliance technician was well knowledgeable about the issue and problem solving to fix my refrigerator. Order and install the new part to make refrigerator work and fixed. Good job, I recommend ATR GROUP APPLIANCE REPAIR very professional.

Aron came and had to make some minor adjustments to the previous repair to my washing machine. Now the washer is working perfectly. Aron was punctual, professional and very courteous. Give these guys a try if you need a washing machine repaired, they are wonderful..! A.
