A Spotless Carpet Cleaning

Missed getting rid of some of the odor on couch but took care of stains on carpet and stairs very well!

Disappointed, felt bullied when I emailed because did not pick up phone. I received a call where I was challenged about the facts. I explained the situation stairs were not cleanded on the sides. No marks of being touched. The service man showed up 1.5 hours late. I had to call to make sure he was even coming after the time had passed. I received a call it was very difficult. Tom said the tech had machine issues possibly. My carpet was so wet I pulled out 4 fans ran them all night to dry enough to walk on. I was feeling bullied, it was blamed on me not getting back. I was told I supposedly thought there was a problem. I was told I should not have written a complaint after I did not receive an answer. So this 75 year old lady with acute arthritis got a scrub brush, cleaner and did the 14 stairs, and 2 big spots with no evidence of being cleaned. $200 I did take pics before and after I cleaned dirty water and all. Of the supposed area. My fault I had a long distance call and did not get to inspect the job.

The Young man that came to clean my carpets did an excellent job! He went above and beyond with his customer service and took the time to make my carpets look like new. i couldn't be happier with the results! I would definitely use them again.
