All good. That's all that need be said.
I have a PBX for my phone system that has not been working for 3 weeks. Everyone I called said to replace the system would cost $5,000+. When Tony arrived, he checked it and said this can be repaired. It took him an hour and 15 minutes and the phones (including the gate release to enter the property) are working like new (despite that the system was over 30 years old). The charge of less than $200 was a bargain. Tony his an absolute GEM.Review by Joe Steins in Los Angeles. He will be returning next week to fix a problem with my Ring doorbell battery/charger!
Great service
The service professional did not tell me the full price upfront. He did not guarantee the work. The work he did is no longer working. It has only been one month. Does not stand behind their work. He got paid and it does not work.
My apologies this client feels this way, but the comments above are not true. Client new our hourly rate, we installed the voice/data cables from the electrical room in the back of the building to the front, the reason that is stopped working was due to a fire they had in the electrical room. I provided the client with a thorough explanation of the scope of work and she approved. I asked the client if she wanted to install conduit in the front of the building so the cables would not get cut or damage, again, I explained and did let client know it would be an additional cost for cutting and bending conduit as it's more labor intense. Client SAID GET IT DONE. I did have a second technician on site at not cost. The cable was for dial tone and power supply, and the Client's DoorKing unit was over 20 years old, buttons stick, etc. I've been in business for over 25 years, I am very knowledgeable, honest and hard working business man. I am sorry this client feels this way, but again, client's comments are incorrect. All scope of work was explained thoroughly.
