Stephan did a beautiful job on our replacement deck.He did whatever we asked him to do and kept us informed of any problems he found with the old deck support.He made our deck stronger than the original deck. We really love our new deck.

Incomplete work Damage done to cabinet,shims left in place,cabinet door put on reverse side of opening,he told his workers not to drill holes for the knobs.he accuse me of my tits?? the other job of waincotting he told them not to cut holes in the waincotting ,the vinyl floor cut at the door was uneven.not acceptable work

I'm sorry this review is public. This clients holds conversations with cats....... Please compare this review to my other reviews. I stand by my work. This client wanted to add numerous jobs to the invoice and did not want to pay for any of the work. She was happy with everything until I advised we would not work for free on the projects she started to add. I attempted to work things out but she sent text messages to me cursing at me and then had her neighbor harass me via text.

Steve responded quickly to a request for quote, despite him being on vacation. He followed up with me as soon as he was back with a quote for the work and a timeline for when it could be done. His price was exactly what HomeAdvisor advises it should have been, his service was top notch, he showed up exactly when he said he was going to every day and went right to work. He was always 100% friendly and polite to us, even when asking questions or making suggestions on ways to improve the work I had partially done and gave up on. We will absolutely be hiring ASB Renovations again in the future for more projects and strongly encouraging others to do the same. We felt completely comfortable with ASB being here when we were not, and fully trusted their judgment when making suggestions, and we are glad we did!

Steve is a real professional and knows exactly what needs to be done and even gave me a few extras and pointers about my roof repair. I was also very impressed with his safety consciousness. I would hire Steve again and can recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.
