The tech Johny was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our walk-in tub. He also gave us some tips on how to care for the tub as well as recommended products to stop a small leak. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

Unlike other "Pros" recommended by Home Advisor, This Co actually Did show up. Adam was early did the job required and told me what the problem was. I will use their service if I can not do it myself. This Co has impressed me as Honest and Reliable both Sorely missing in many today. Adam was professional, thorough, friendly and competent. Work of resurfacing is complete, but now entering the maintenance period where they are scheduled to come daily to clean and maintain the chemical balance. I anticipate that this area will also be of the highest quality.

I had a bad leak in my underground concrete pool. Following HomeAdvisor's recommendation, I called Florida Leisure of Gainesville and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. The very nice lady explained the service and the service charge. On Monday, she called me just to remind me that her techs were coming tomorrow between 12 and 2. The guys called me at 12:30 Tuesday and said they were finishing lunch and would be right there. They arrived in about 15 minutes and introduced themselves as Jim and Jeremy. I showed them the pool and they got right to work. I noticed that they were very well equipped and drove a new Ford Transit van. They began a very precise routine of troubleshooting and quickly discovered a broken 1.5" pipe in my vacuum line. I told them I didn't use that line, but vacuumed through the skimmer. They suggested that the least expensive option would be to plug that line and forget about it. I agreed as I didn't want the expense or mess of digging up my beautiful pool deck. They plugged it and continued their trouble shooting routine, explaining any minor fixes would be covered by the original detection fee. They were very thorough and pressure tested the complete system while using sensitive listening devices all around the pool deck. They also used dye to see if there were any small leaks. When they finished they packed up their tools, cleaned up and asked me if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with their service. You bet I was! I wrote them a check and they thanked me and said the office would send me a receipt via e-mail. They were on site approximately 3 hours. I am very satisfied with their work and will call them again in a heartbeat if I have any further problems. Jim and Jeremy were very pleasant and knowledgeable about their craft. Nice guys, arrived on time, fixed my problem and made me a very happy customer! I couldn't recommend them any higher! You'll be happy. Oh, and they were nice to my dog! He recommends them highly!
