Fixed our problem

Vitaliy was exceptionally considerate of my need for attic vent repair after the windstorm blew off the vent cover. No one else I contacted or who called me after my request for help seemed concerned about the foot wide hole I now had in my roof as the rainstorm continued. He came out in the rain and full dark to climb up on the roof and figure out what was needed. He came back the next day with the required equipment and repaired the vent. He also voluntarily went into the attic and removed the soaked insulation as I was concerned about mold growing.

I recently hired Vitaliy from the ARC company to fix my furnace for the heating system. He did a great job, fixing the issue efficiently and offering helpful maintenance tips.
