Truly awful. The owner was very unprofessional and aggressive. Do not use this company. You may be verbally abused and cheated.

The only complaint this customer had was, in her words, " We Fixed the problem too fast." Because of that fact, she didn't want to pay the $75.00 service fee per her home warranty agreement. That is not "cheating" that's business. I had to pay 2 techs to drive to her home to perform this simple task. I tried to have her check her GFCI herself over the phone. Her reply was, " I'm not an electrician." I am an electrician, just not a free one. Her home warranty company informed her on numerous occasions, she owed the service fee. Sorry you have to pay for services rendered. My reputation speaks for itself! Hope you find peace in yourself. - David Hyatt

Pat and Jeff were wonderful. They both are professional, and knowledgeable. They spent the entire day at our house,and worked nonstop. They hung ceiling fans,light fixtures, and new wiring for one of the fans.I can't say enough good things about them.My husband and I highly recommend them.

My job was simple, so David was able to give me a quote over the phone. Once I asked him to do the job, he scheduled it in two days. Patrick and Jeff installed a new breaker, wiring, and crawl space outlet. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and to my wife's surprise, Patrick swept up the mess when they were finished. I will definitely call David for my next electrical project!

They took down an old broken outdoor ceiling fan and installed a new one I had purchased. The were very neat and courteous. They hauled off the broken fan and all boxes and packing for the new fan. They added a wall control for the fan that was lacking on the old one. Everything looks and works great.

David from Arc Electric and his staff did an amazing job. They replaced the panel, device and desired the kitchen, bathroom's and garage. The old system was over 60 years old. Their prices was reasonable work best and timely and the communication was excellent. All around a great experience. I highly recommend them!
