The job was to install a water heater and it was complete the problem was I paid for a new water heater a they installed one with a big dent on the top and never informed me and cover it with paper work . When I call the manager he had a attitude because I want him to come installs water heater with no damage to it.

Hi, Jordan. We had an agreement that this installation is guaranteed for the life of the water heater. Any issues arising from the dent on the jacket would be covered in full. The dent did not affect the function of the water heater and I made sure to ease any worries you had by offering this guarantee. I feel your 1.5 stars is unwarranted.

John and his helper were efficient, professional, and prompt. The issue was quickly assess, and the job to replace/install external faucets were completed in about 12 minutes. John explained the cautions about the new rubber turning wheel and rust proof devices, to include winter draining procedures. The price to do the work was fair. I am pleased.
