Had to call him back again and again to complete work promised. Crew left mess at my rental property where job was done. It was also very difficult to communicate with job foreman.

Skill, knowledge, and ability to perform job is top notch; however, professional behavior and commitment to customer satisfaction is lacking. Though I reminded numerous times, basement concrete jack hammered without first covering property in basement. Heavy layer of concrete dust on all personal items. I agreed for some cabinets to be removed to facilitate job. Partially demolished but debris not removed. Refused to return to clean up their mess. Started at a different time each day and did not work full days. Did not secure worksite prior to leaving each day. Left my job unfinished to start another job on time. Did not return to my job until they finished that one. My basement is expertly waterproofed, but a mess. I recommend A & L if you are able to supervise your job start to finish, and suggest you not pay until completed to your satisfaction. Again, this is a young company with expert knowledge that needs to grow in professionalism.

Basement leaking water again! Figured it wasn’t just a one time hard rain thing being that this has happened more than once this year and other things we have tried didn’t work. Jake got to my house and gave me an estimate less than 30 minutes after I called for an inquiry. The job was completed within 48 hours. The guys were very hard working, polite, and cleaned up their mess. I would recommend them to anyone looking to keep water out of their basement!!

They did a great job, very neat. They had to carry dirt rocks gravel and cement in and out in buckets and still they finished in 3 days. I would recommend them if you need to waterproof your basement and install a sump pump. The work was done at a very good price.
