A few boards were loose. After calling and leaving messages for a return to make the minor repairs, my calls were not returned.

Excellent workmanship

Liman (Alushi Enterprise) is an exceptional contractor. We have worked on three large projects together in my home. He can transform any space on a budget. He is reliable, creative, vastly experienced (he's been in the business since he was a boy), capable (he can literally make or do anything), easy to work with (communicative, kind), and he keeps his prices reasonable even if you make small changes or additions to the plan. I had a vague idea to turn my ratty lawn into a designed garden with a fountain and bluestone slabs in an octagon pattern--Done! I had a half-built porch I never used because of the mosquitoes that I wanted to turn into a screened in porch--Done! I had an ugly basement full of junk that I wanted to turn into guest quarters--Done! Everyone who comes to the house admires Liman's work and most of all, my kids and I enjoy it every day. Liman is now renovating an entire rental apartment on the second floor of my home and it's going great. Liman is organized and schedules his time well, and he fulfills his promises. He's truly ethical and someone you will really enjoy working with. He takes pride in his work. He doesn't cut corners. Everything is high quality without being overly pricey. He wants everything he touches to be as good as it possibly can ... and it is.

Never finished the job.

I would definitely recommend Alushi Enterprise. They did an excellent job on replacing our deck. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. They also were very meticulous with their work and cleanup. Not only was their pricing reasonable, but they also were able to accommodate us if we needed any changes.

Fantastic work and very experienced... They delivered ahead of schedule..

Alushi Enterprise did a great job. They gave me a reasonable price for building a new roof deck at my house in Jersey City. They gave me options for the type of wood and decking material in the colors I wanted. They gave me a start date a few weeks out, and arrived on the start date as scheduled. They completed the job in a week. It’s solidly constructed, and it looks gorgeous. They removed all the construction materials when they finished and the roof deck was in immaculate condition. I highly recommend them.

Had a damaged wood plank on my deck. They game in and did an assessment and followed up with a great job on the work.

Alushi Enterprise communicated with me very quickly and always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time with any questions I had. Their work was very good, always getting to my home when they said they would. They cleaned up very nicely after finishing each day they worked. I have and will continue to recommend Alushi Enterprise.
