My comments are on the BBB page ED is not a MAN! of his word there was so many things that needed fixing and he never came back to fix he also hired Mexicans to do my steps both sides of my house which they left water bottles pieces of the remainder of the steps they did not need under the steps and covered the sides my front porch you can see some of the insulation he supposed to come back and fix my house is white and slate and where the poles are that are connected to the overhead roof there is two plain wood blocks up there totally noticeable they should?ve been painted white he said he?ll come back and take care of that didn?t happen when he finished the vinyl siding, he said if I hire him to do my steps, he will do the roof that?s in the back of my house for free. He has not done that he told me it will cost $16,500 for my steps he was filling out the contract, he added $1000 more without even telling me I noticed that and spoke on it. He said the extra was for materials.

We couldn't be happier! We have owned our house for 38 years and have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past with less than good results. We were also nervous about doing our roof in the winter. All our research indicated that it is usually not the best time to replace a roof. Concerned because we have had damage due to ice dams in the past. AJ Exterior is the real deal. All the materials they used for the job were name brand Owens-Corning. They installed a 6ft. ice dam shield and properly vented the roof. They removed 2 layers of old roofing material, replaced all places that had rotted wood (verified with pics) and had the new roof up in one day's time! Our home is not small, an extended ranch home. The next day they did our gutters and downspouts. We have had our gutters and downspouts done twice before and they never worked properly. We used to get icicles between the gutter and the facia. AJ got it right. It's been well over a week now. We have had February winter weather (rain, icing, snow storms) and everything is perfect. No ice dams, no icicles from the gutters or between the gutter and facia. The crews that did the work performed like a well oiled machine. Everyone got right to work and they all worked together till the job was done. Only the crew chief spoke English but was never a problem as they addressed any concerns I had and everyone was respectful and polite. They continually cleaned up as they worked and despite the fact there was snow on the ground did a great job to leave things neat and clean. We also appreciated the fact that the owner/salesman did a through presentation, answered all our concerns and was not a "high pressure" push to get the job. In fact we called him back a month later after checking out the competition. He did not harass me as other companies do with follow ups after a presentation. Class act. Competitively priced. You will not be disappointed.

They completed my siding work this week and I’m very happy with the way my house looks. They worked really fast and they kept my property super clean at the end of the day whenever they were finished for the day. They also understood what we needed. The color of the house is what’s making it for us. Beautiful Reggata :) Best choice of color that we could get. My house is looking so beautiful now and I can’t wait to show it to my friends and other family members. I know my neighbors love it. We received a lot of great compliments! Thank you AJ Exterior :)
