Have been struggling to get compensation from a $20,000.00 job done May 2023 . the situation has been deteriorating since 6 months after the work. they do not have anyone to come fix the terrible work. as they will not send anyone either. I have 4 to 5 inches of water under my home and the sump pump is not working. the humidity under my home is showing 85% from the Humidex that they installed by cutting a hole in the floor of my home. DO NOT HIRE THE COMPANY. I now have to pay another company to come and fix this issue. they will come and service it whenever I need them and the cost is less than the $20.000.00 that I have already spent. Being retired that is a lot of money.

Air Xray did an amazing job! From Alex coming out to give us our estimate which included a military discount, to install, and placing the reader for follow up ratings. Sonya was all calling to keep us up to date and even called when she was running a couple minutes behind to pick up the reader. The one thing that really stood out to me was that the install crew taped down paper so they would mark up our floors when coming in and out of the house. That little thought, or maybe even just how they do business, was greatly appreciated! Thank you Air Xray for the great work that you all did for us!

They took 30 days to come for a correction and then left and took another 30 days., and then another 30 days. They cut a hole in the floor of my home and did not tell me what the reason was and put in a humidex from Canada and no one services it. This blower is very noisy so I am unable to use that bedroom. After 6 months I still have water in my crawl space. They refuse to communicate to fix or reimburse $ so I can have the job done by some one else properly. I have a new contractor ready to re due their job. Before you sign a contract read al the fine print.

I was concerned at first when I saw them digging and all the dirt around our plants. But after the project was complete, you would have never known there was any disruption to the ground. They did a great job!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not stand behind there work or fix there mishaps. Had so many scheduling and communication problems to start it wasnt funny. The work they did had to be completely removed as it never adhered and they caused thousands in other damages from there sloppy work as they didnt prep or have a clue what they were doing. I will update the review as time goes on and problems are sorted out or if the issues are taken care of. They did not even have a proper insurance policy for the work they were doing also. Ive tried to sort this out with them and contact them multiple times but im guessing it will need to be settled in a court room as they refuse to contact me back.
