Technicians worked very hard to install our new A/C. More specifically they were very competent and very personable.

The company was the first to contact us from Anjiâ s list of recommended a/c installers. They gave us a very good price. Cody, the salesman arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. When we selected them to do the work, they got the wheels in motion and were able to schedule the install the next day. Mike and Parker. The installers were professional and focused workers. They got the unit up and running faster than we anticipated. They cleaned up the work area and Mike showed us how to use the thermostat. We were really pleased and my mom was extra happy to be back in her home.

The girls who answer the phone are very kind and informative, However, I had a service appointment scheduled for 8/9/24 between the hours of 4:00PM - 6:00PM. The day of 8/9/24, at 2:45PM, I got a phone call from Mike stating he was at my residence. I stated I would not be at the residence until 4:00PM as planned. Mike rescheduled it to Saturday due to him having a lot of emergency service calls down south. Due to a hectic personal life I was forced to cancel the service appointment. My one star review is for the poor time management skills and thinking a customer is available upon service techs assumption outside the scheduled time frame. No matter how small a job is every job should be of urgency when scheduled during businesses promised time frame.

Everyone who worked on our a/c job was amazing! Jordan responded first to evaluate the problem and help us understand our options. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and helped us find affordable financing. My son is disabled and has a respiratory condition and when our a/c went out, he was having trouble breathing. AIM was able to replace our unit the next day and the job was completed quickly and efficiently, and they did the entire job in just a few hours. Our home is cool and comfortable, and my son is able to breathe comfortably again. I have already recommended AIM to my neighbors, co-workers and literally anyone who will listen. I will definitely call them when I need maintenance on my new unit.

Nice unit. Quick install. Like the thermostat a lot. Digital thermostat and can be controlled from Iphone. The cost was not inexpensive but the lowest of all the estimates.

Explained compatible advantages and disadvantages of various AC systems including different manufacturing companies. Provided the best cost estimates at very early stage of negotiations. I found them very trustworthy. It is two years old company but the owner and staff have many years experience in this business. I strongly recommend for anyone looking for new AC systems. Mulji patel
