A+ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing

We hired A+ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing as part of a basement bathroom renovation in our 1920s home, which required bringing all of the plumbing up to current code. Their team handled the work connecting our interior plumbing to the exterior and the main line. On the positive side, they were quick to come out, appeared professional, and were able to complete the job within the timeframe we needed. The core plumbing work itself seemed efficient and well-coordinated. However, the issues came after the job was finished. The work required digging two large holes in our yard to run the new pipe. While the dirt was put back, it was not properly restored or compacted. After the first rain, those areas turned into sinkholes. One was especially problematic, forming near a sprinkler head and causing it to sink further. Additionally, I discovered that a line to my sprinkler system had been cut during the work. When I reached out to the company about this, I was told they would not fix it. As
