We called several other companies before finally finding Jesse. We were panicking because our well pump had quit working. We had been hauling water to our animals and vegetable garden for more than a week. As soon as Jesse heard our situation he started trying to help us and put our minds at ease. We knew he was going to make it work. He has gone above and beyond to help us with any questions. Within hours we met Jesse who had went and put all of our parts together while finishing two other jobs. Her was Very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood every step of putting the pump back in. After loading all of our parts he had thrown in extra â goodies â I definitely recommend Jesse. We chose him over the phone because he was very articulate and most knowledgeable. Also his customer service was above and beyond. Iâ ll definitely be coming back for any future help.

My well pump went out and it seems like either nobody would answer the phone or they didn't do residential anymore. Kind of just found Advanced Water Pump Services and gave them a call. Jesse answered the phone and got the job done that day. Was short a few parts but he made it work. From the amount of phone calls he got he must have plenty of business. I would recommend Jesse and his company. Only reason I only gave a 4 on the value was I really don't know what a well goes for these days.

Jesse found a fault in PGEs line that was dangerous and a potential fire risk. He alerted PGE and they got their equipment fixed! Jesse is professional, thorough and friendly. He has up to date equipment and he shows up when your water is down! I run a small farm and can't be without water. Jesse can always be counted on to save the day when crisis strikes.

The owner Jesse Lyon was responsive, professional, and very easy to communicate with. He performed the work of lowering my pump in the well as water table had dropped. The entire time he kept me informed of options going forward. Anyone who has had well pump issues know it is stressful. Call Jesse and he will treat you right.

Jesse worked his tail off when it was 107 degrees and never complained. He did great work and was kind enough to teach me a few things about wells. I highly recommend his small business.
