Called me at 1401, when my appointment was for 1400 and said they couldn't show up due to an emergency. Very unprofessional, told them no thank you. Unprofessional behavior is not tolerated or accepted. I will not be using them again and I would not suggest you do either.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the last-minute cancellation and completely understand your frustration regarding the timing of our call. To provide some context, one of our teams was called out to an urgent emergency where a homeowner's electrical panel suffered severe damage during the storm. Because the fire department and the utility company were on-site, a licensed electrician was required immediately to eliminate a safety hazard and restore power. While we must prioritize active safety hazards and emergency repairs in these rare situations, we completely agree that we fell short by not notifying you sooner. We take your comments seriously and will use this to improve our dispatch communication during emergency events. If you are ever willing to give us another chance in the future, we would appreciate the opportunity to deliver the prompt, professional service we pride ourselves on

My expierience is as follows. I hired zack's Plus Electric to install a 60 Amp breaker. Rather than installing a circuit breaker he installed a switch type breaker, without any visible indication of of the amperage, just a sticker that said No Overload Protection Provided. During our initial conversation I provided him the wiring-diagram showing the electrical requirements and the overload protection requiment. Although, what he did was not in compliance with the wiring-diagram nor the National Electric Code. Long Beach code enforcement wouldn't help because a permit wasn't pulled. I was told he would have known a permit which needed. I filed what I thought was a bullet proof complaint to the Mississippi State Board of Contractors only to eventually be told they doenot take repercussions against code enforcement in these type of cases. I even identified the problem before he left but paid him because, I thought it be easy to remedy. I was wrong unless I take him to court.
