Joe inspected our new home prior to purchase. He was professional and very thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different systems in the house. He gave us suggestions and maintenance tips during the inspection which are helpful to us as first-time home buyers. We received his report quickly. It was very detailed and it included pictures of his findings. He was responsive to our many questions and spent a lot of time reviewing his findings with us. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him!
