Alex arrived early for our consultation, was knowledgeable about the demands of the paint job I requested, and offered a very affordable and high quality solution overall. I had my floors sanded and polyurethaned. I specified at least 2 coats. Got one THICK coat- called to complain, and as a fix, the workman ran the applicator over the half dry floor. I contacted ACG, who stopped responding once my check cleared. The other company, on West 24th street, gave me a higher price. I really wish I had chosen him.

The floor was nice smooth and 2 coats were applied. She asked worker to provide an additional coat and worked said no becasue floor wasn't dry. She inssited on putting another coat on after being advised the floor was dry enough. This is the reason floor didn't come out perfect. I asked when we could come and fix the problem and she said she was going on vacation.

My husband and I were quite please with the painting done by ACG in our home. We had a hallway/stairwell, basement, closets and dining room painted. The dining room needed to have wallpaper removed and the walls look amazing now -- they are so smooth and look brand new. In addition, the owner, Alex, was extremely responsive and was the first company from servicemagic.com to contact us. We had 5 bids for the job on our house, and ACG Xperts had the lowest bid. The workers were very reliable and trustworthy. We plan on using them again in the future as we continue on with more projects in our home - the work was outstanding!
