Jorge and his team installed an electric security gate at our property about a year ago. Everything went smooth and flawless. However, we had a power surge at the property recently which fried the circuit board in our gate. It was still in warranty, and Jorge made it out the same day of the issue. Assessed the issue, and was able to get replacement parts and fix it the following day. Highly recommend Jorge and his teams for any work you need done.

I hired AC Custom Metal Work (more than 8 years ago) to replace our old dilapidated automated vehicle gate with a new, architecturally forward, dependable automated vehicle gate. ACMW delivered a terrific 13’ automated vehicle gate that looks great and has been dependable since installation. But one morning, after a big windstorm, we came out to find that a weld had broken. The gate was inoperable. I called Jorgè and he was able to come out the same day. He fixed and serviced the gate while I wasn’t even there. He’s that dependable - he’s that trustworthy - I finally reconnected with him the next day to settle up. He came out and walked me through everything he had done, how the gate is fully functional, fully serviced and ready for service. We also discussed some improvement ideas I have. This is the third project they have completed for us. Complete railings inside on second floor, handrails to first floor and metal railings on front porch. After a break in, they came and encased a rear entry door. Both products have worked awesome and was stood the test of time. We just had a railing added outside leading downstairs and their workmanship continues to be top-notch, very friendly customer service and their installers were very professional. Would recommend them anytime.
