I have had the best customer service and dealt with people who really care about my situation. The service manager, Jena, has listened to me, has supported me, and has made me feel valued. And I’m a brand new caller!!! She really has gone beyond my expectations. I’ve been with brand X company where I put up with so much customer neglect. Jena has really made a difference. I wish I had switched to Coastal Pools years ago!

My hot tub stopped working and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. It's 24 degrees and tomorrow 's high will be 20 (Saturday). I was afraid the pipes would freeze. The hot tub is the only thing that makes winter tolerable for me. I took a chance that Coastal Pool might be able to fix it. I called yesterday and was told someone could come Monday. I was very concerned about the pipes freezing and the receptionist concurred. She was able to have someone come today. 2 gentlemen arrived around 8:40 this morning and had it running in no time. Unfortunately I didn't ask their names, but I hope the office knows who they are and passes on my deep gratitude. They even used a skimmer to clean out the dirt from the older kids,, as well as top off the needed chemicals. I'm thrilled to have received such prompt, friendly service. Would recommend to anyone.

Coastal Pools exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The pool turned out exactly as we envisioned, if not better. The entire process was quick, smooth, and seamless. What truly sets them apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. Jenna and Ashley are outstanding! They respond promptly, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to make sure our pool is always running perfectly.

We have used a few pool companies in the past and Coastal Pools is by far the best company! They are extremely responsive, their work is high quality, all of the technicians are professional and friendly, finally they have very competitive pricing! We could not be happier. I highly recommend Coastal Pools.
