WARNING: Anthony Brown (AB Repair and Tile) was hired to do a simple shower re-seal & caulk in our master bathroom. We had hopes that he would do a solid job, but unfortunately the work he did has resulted in us going over a week without access to our shower, and the need to hire someone else to finish the job. The day after our initial appointment, we noticed holes in the caulk and an area that was completely unfinished. Given that he promised a 6 month warranty on his work, Anthony was contacted, sent pictures, and asked to correct the errors. He responded by stating that he would come to our home on Saturday at 10am to make the necessary corrections. He was texted the Friday prior to confirm the appointment with no response. Furthermore, he never responded to any of our subsequent calls or text messages during the day of the correction appointment. Weeks have passed since he failed to do quality work and make the necessary corrections. Based on his lack of quality work and poor communication, we are out of money that couldâ ve been used on a contractor who actually did a thorough job and operated with integrity. Trust has been broken with Anthony and we are warning others to avoid our pitfall.

Sincere and polite. When scope of work went up he suggested extra $$ rather than demanding it. I paid him extra $100 rather than expected $50 extra.

He was prompt and finished in a timely manner. The tile work was in both of my bathrooms. It turned out pretty good. The only thing that I would suggest for him to work on is making sure attention to detail is of utmost importance.
