Cushions and springs on a matching set of well-loved arm chairs were re-stuffed, refreshed and tightened. The work was excellent and I expect the chairs will be with us another 20 years. Many thanks for an excellent and beautiful job!

Communicating with the representative was difficult. The item was not completed when originally scheduled. He stated schedules and discounts that were not met. However, the people that do the work seem honest and really help me decide what I needed. The work is wonderful. So -- a mixed bag.

ABJ responded quickly to my request, quoted a very fair price, and arrived with many fabrics from which to choose. They were knowldegeable and offered guidance about changing the look of my somewhat formal furniture. They reupholstered four pieces in a very short timeframe. My furnitture is beautiful; I would most certainly recommend ABJ.

He did great work at very fair price. The only problem was follow-up. Item was promised "before the holidays"; no contact so I called on 22 DEC. Delivery promised for the next day at 3p. Didn't arrive until 8P. But the chair looks like new and the price was 1/2 of previous estimates. I'd use him again, but call for progress reports along the way.
