This was a repeat service from AB Floors and Restoration. We had them do similar floor and restoration work following flooding a year ago. We were very satisfied with the work and customer service that we called them without hesitation in this second occurrence. Attention to detail is excellent. Enjoyed working with Marco and Ronald.

It wasn't an easy repair job. I had started on it myself by removing most of the damaged hardwood and glue, but then putting the new hardwood in was a bit beyond me. I tried a handyman but wasn't happy with the quality of the work, so I came to Home Advisor and hired A.B. Floors and Restoration to complete the job. It took a while to actually get the work scheduled, and then they weren't able to complete it on a Saturday before a long holiday weekend. Then they didn't rescheduled to come out and finish on Tuesday, the next business day. However, the price was definitely right, and they gave me an additional 10% off for the inconvenience. So no harm, no foul. I'd definitely use them again and just be aware that there might be some scheduling issues. And, in fact, I do a little real estate investing on the side, and I almost certainly will use them again for hardwood repair.

They far exceeded my high expectations. Our wrecked Brazilian cherry Wood floor is now as good as new!!!

The estimate of $500 to replace some boards in my engineered hardwood floor seemed high to me. But when I saw what work is required, I understood at once. Hardwood floors are all "knit together." They are easy to lay down but it takes a skilled carpenter to pick up pieces here and there. Never put any potted plant on your hardwood floor or you'll be looking for professionals like these to save the day.

These people we very professional and hardworking. Very eager to ensure I was satisfied with the work. They also worked on very short notice. This was a 4 day project so this level of service was nice.
