Ed was very punctual and explained everything in detail. Answered all our questions and was very professional throughout.

Ed did an excellent job on the installation of our water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We already notice a difference in our appliances and no stains from the softener. It is also very nice to have delicious purified water coming out of the tap from the reverse osmosis system.

We needed our gas hot water heater replaced that was in the house we purchased two years prior and was obviously not maintained properly (never flushed) by the previous owners. Ed was able to come down the same day we contacted him and look things over. He went through we me all of his concerns and gave me exact prices, and timeframes, as well as potential issues that could happen during the installation. Although things certainly did go perfectly during the install, they were only minor issues we had discussed ahead of time and handled them professionally and without complaint and kept me informed the whole way through. He then went through the lighting of the new tank with me (so I would know how to handle it if it blew out or if there was an issue), and stuck around to make sure there were no issues once the tank started heating up and the pressurizing the system. Ed was probably the most personable and friendly contractor I have ever dealt with. Ed's estimate/price was a full 33% less than a certain chain "depot" quoted me for the same tanks install.

Awesome communication with the tenant. I am an out of state owner and my daughter lives in the home while attending college. She inform me that Ed was very professional, he evaluated the problem first and then offered a few solutions. I was pleased with the suggestions Ed recommended and I will definitely use him again.

Ed does great work, explains all his work very well, goes the extra mile to make sure work is completed with the highest quality, and offers a very fair price. I quoted multiple companies for a replacement hot water tank. Not only did he make time in his schedule to come out that day, his quote was at least $300 less than any competitor. Being new to the area I m hesitant when hiring someone for repairs, but Ed does a great job and is trustworthy and honest. Would highly recommend.
