He didn't use water or proper equipment. I feel that I was taken for my money. He used 2 brush scrubber and I am so disgusted. I had to clean carpet myself after and the water was black. The gentleman was nice ,however, and I Zelled him $300 and cost was $299.99 and he appeared to expect a tip and I have no problem with tipping, if you felt deserved.

Unfortunately, Melinda doesn't understand that our process ABSOLUTELY uses WATER, but because it comes out of our shampoo machine as a "QUICK DRY SHAMPOO", she's WRONGLY saying that we don't use WATER, or PROPER EQUIPMENT, when we use a 3 brush (not 2 brush) carpet cleaning machine, made by ELECTROLUX, the HIGHEST RATED CARPET CLEANING MACHINE out there, as rated by the "NATIONWIDE CONSUMER TESTING INSTITUTE, in all the consumer reports ! Just read all our 5 STAR REVIEWS, and you be the judge !

Al and his Magic Carpet Cleaner! I have a cream colored carpet and a 14 year old. Al swoops in and leaves my carpet looking immaculate. He takes away all desire to replace it every time and he gives you a good deal. I’m grateful to have found him.

I have recently moved and I have two cats. One of them was going through some health issues and so I needed carpet cleaning. It is a light-colored carpet, so I was very concerned about stains and lingering odors. Al came in and cleaned the carpet perfectly, no stains no odor! To top it off my cat loved him!

HORRIBLE CLEANED AWFUL , THE URINE WAS NOT GONE,ACTUAL STRONGER THAN BEFORE, I HAD TO THROW OUT 4 CARPETS, HE HAD THIS REALLY SMALL MACHINE AN SZ OF 8Y 11 PCE OF PAPER AND EVERYTHING WAS IN IT, CLEANING,SANITIZER, SCOTCH GUARD, WENT OVER ALL RUGS 2X BUT LIGHT THIS LIGHT WT MACHINE ONLY TOUCH THE SURFACE, LIKE WIPING A COUNTER OFF. A VERY POOR JOB NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO THROW OUT THE CARPETS, BUT BUY NEW ONES. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE CLEANING JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN, THEN SAID ONLY PAY ME IN CASH OR ZELLE. IF HE COULD GET ODORS HE SHOULD HAVE SAID SO UPFRONT,AT THAT POINT I COULD HAVE MADE AN EXCUTIVE AND THREW THEM OUT IN THE BEGINNING. NOW IM A RETIRED SENIOR, AND HE SHOULD NOT BE PROMOTING HIS BUSINESS TO PEOPLE SENIOR OR NOT, WITH GRIFTING PEOPLE OUT OF THEM MONEY AND SAY PLS PAY ME IN CASH OR ZELLE. SO HE WAS ZELLE AND A RIPPED OFF. AND THEN SPENT 3 DAYS TRYING CLEAN BEFORE I HAD TO THROW OUT. I WILL BE PUTTING THIS ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM FOR PEOPLE TO READ FIRST. OH HE SAID HAD ANOTHER JOB IN NAPERVILLE WHERE HE LIVES AND TO GET THERE QUICKLY BECAUSE A STORM WAS COMING. IM IN COUNTRY CLUB HILL IL AT LEAST HR AWAY.

This review by Brenda is REALLY WRONG ! I (AL the owner) told her UPFRONT that I COULD NOT GUARANTEE that I could get the ODORS & STAINS out thar had accumulated for years from her previous dogs, and her current 2 dogs, but, most likely the EXTREME URINE PROBLEM was down deep into her PADDING & FLOORING. Most people who have had dogs understand that, but unfortunately she doesn't. However, I did give her a DOUBLE STRONG TREATMENT of SANITIZING her GERMS & BACTERIA that were DEFINITELY in her carpets, and NEEDED TO BE TREATED ! I ALSO gave her FREE STAINGUARD PROTECTOR (a $150 VALUE) and, at the end, she asked me do 3 rugs that were not on her original order, and as a courtesy, I did all 3 of them for NO EXTRA CHARGE ! If she was SO UNHAPPY with me, then why give me $20 TIP ?? Finally, for being a 1st time customer, I gave her a $690 cleaning for $345, and she does not understand that my "little machine " is made by ELECTROLUX, and is the #1 rated carpet cleaning machine in the business, according to the " NATIONWIDE CONSUMER TESTING INSTITUTE " Despite ALL of her UNTRUE complaints, I even offered her a $100 REFUND, just to be nice, but, she wanted ALL of her money back, which after everything I've explained, would be COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE !! Almost ALL of my 241 reviews are 5 STARS, because I feel that our company does EXCELLENT WORK, and offers EXTREMELY LOW PRICES ! If you just check out all of our other reviews, you will see for yourself, why this Brenda's review is SO WRONG ! SINCERELY, AL (OWNER) AA QUICK DRY CARPET CLEANING
