A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!

Had a broken spring. Tech was professional, answered all my questions and finished the job in about an hour or so. Straightforward with price and warranty info.

Our technician was Alec and he was so informative and really knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were all set and satisfied. He came the same day that we called which was a big help since our car was stuck inside the garage. We were very pleased.

We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm.
