Warren did a wonderful job removing an old tub and replacing it with a walk in shower for my elderly mother. He took his time to explain everything to us nd made sure we had exactly what we needed. He did not try to sell us anything that we did need (like other companies). He was in and out in one day. He made sure I knew exactly what was done and how to use the new shower. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I wish I lived in the area so that he could replace my tub. I appreciate that he was able to get the new shower in within a week of contacting him especially since it was a Christmas gift.

I would recommend Warren and his company to anyone in need of work done. His team replaced my old, one-piece shower with an amazing new shower, complete with all the bells and whistles. Warren was honest, straightforward, and efficient. Other companies wanted to jerk me around and squeeze all the money out of me that they could. He responded quickly to my request on Angi's list. Properties and Construction did an awesome job to my bathroom. I had an old tub and I coverted it into a walk in shower. I forgot to take the before pics. He was punctual, affordable and very professional. I would definitely recommend him for all your bathroom remodeling needs.
