Reed came out in two days after my initial contact to assess our situation with roof rat intrussion. He identified two roof top entry points, and two other potential problems. He conducted a thorough interior investigation of our eves. He scheduled the work and was able to fit it into a busy schedule and accomplish it within a week. One of the best things is that he is willing and able to do both drawing the rats out AND exclusion when that's next. Another outfit only wanted me to sign up for a life time contract, with no way to ID the entry point(s). They wanted to control the problem with outdoor controls. They were unable/unwilling to get up on the roof. Reed secured the entry points, so that further intrusion is eliminated for the foreseeable future. In my case, entry was at the place where two dormers had been added to our home over the past nine years. He caged in the openings nicely. And all this for what I considered a very fair price. I never hope to hear a rat in my ceiling again, but if I do, 503 Pest is my first an only call. DBJ
