Bill, Andy and the whole team are very professional, always on time, everything they did was done with an eye for detail and the quality is outstanding. they remodeled our living room, kitchen, bedroom and office and did an amazing job of installing a new kitchen, fireplace, bookshelves and renewing our hardwood floors. We already recommended them to friends and family and will use their service in the future again!

3A Contracting is a fantastic business. They are so professional, very neat, talented in every aspect of renovation, keep to the schedule and are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their tile installer is an artist - precise, meticulous, dedicated and reliable. My second project with them and recommend them without qualification!

Andy and Bill did a great job installing tile in my kitchen and bathroom. They also mounted a TV and a cabinet for me. They were responsive and very professional.

On September 2, 2021 following the remnants of Hurricane Ida I encountered multiple severe floods into my home. Little did I know what I was about to experience in the world of disingenuous professional contractors. I interviewed no less than 18 different contracting companies and encountered some of the most despicable human beings I have met in my almost 70 years on Earth. Some made promises they never had any intentions of keeping over a period of many months. Others made firm commitments towards a start date and then cancelled with as little as 48 hours notice. Quite a few quoted repair prices 3-4 times more then they should simply taking advantage of the Pandemic and the supply chain shortage. Pandemic Profiteers. Thanks to Home Advisor I received a quote request for 3A Contracting, Corp. on June 15th 2022. I cannot say enough good things about owner Bill Ngucaj and his sons Anthony and Andy and their wonderful crew of hard working talented technicians. From the very first time I spoke with him to the very last day of my job he followed through with every single thing he said he would do and more! Every time I called him, emailed or texted him there was an immediate response. It is so refreshing and rare to find someone with these kind of work ethics in this day and age. I also found it fascinating to watch him and his crew at work. He is more committed to doing a job right than anyone I have ever seen. Just as importantly he is a good man and understood what I had gone through the previous 9 months chasing after irresponsible people while enduring flood after flood. He rebuild my porch and the ceiling of my terrace and installed TimberTech above and Ceramic tile below. I have never seen three individuals work harder over a 5-day period in tremendous heat. A few weeks after completion it finally rained a wind-blown torrential rain and not a single drop of water entered my home. No longer did I need to monitor the weather report every day fearing a heavy rain. If you are looking for the very best in contractors you need not search any further. I have continued using 3A Contracting, Corp for anything and everything I need done in my home from plumbing to electrical work, you name it he does it! If he cannot he recommends people just like him that will! Thank you guys, I will never forget how you bailed me out in my time of need!

They did not do what they were contracted to do. I brought it to their attention, they stated that they will fix it but at the and did not do so but they demanded full payment and because I did not paid in full the put a lean on my apartment and on my building, this is not a way to conduct business and I am sorry that I had hired them in the first place. Had 3A Contracting, Corp. done what they was suppose to do and agreed on the contract I would have paid them in full. In stead costed me more money because I end up hire another contractor to finish the work that Had 3A Contracting, Corp. did not do.

Quality of work was excellent. It was dusty work (tiling and sheetrock/plastering) but they covered everything up really well and returned the place back to normal once the job was finished. Very tidy workers. Would definitely hire them again in the future.

Our bathroom renovation came out great and the work was within our budget!

Billy Ngucaj was very patient and hands on in the project. He added more value to the scope of the project in addition to what was discussed. He was always available!

Bill is honest and fair and takes pride in his work. He found and repaired shower leaks in two bathrooms, repaired the walls, resealed the showers and repainted. He and his guys, Jose and Omar, also fixed a door that needed reshaping/cutting because it was sticking and was a fire hazard. And they replaced a floor doorway saddle which was cracked. They were always on time and hard-working, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up each day. I highly recommed this company!!

Billy and his team went above and beyond. They pay attention to detail and got our big project done in a very timely manner. We will be using him again in the near future.
