Reviews
Write a ReviewSuper expensive. All I needed was a flange repair. Guy came and for $400 repaired the flange. Toilet was already removed when he arrived. Literally $400 to repair it and nothing else. Charged an additional $700 to put the toilet bank on and seal it. He also put new toilet seat on that we provided. Next day, toilet was leaking. Had to replace the hose that went into the wall. Will call someone else next time.
Over priced. No work performed
Quick and efficient
Thank you Eduardo! Our whole team appreciates the feedback and the opportunity to serve you.
I had Keep Smiling out to service and repair my tankless water heater. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. They came out the same day and completed the repairs. I was very happy with my service and I now have hot water again!
Thank you Hailey [Consumer Name Removed]! We appreciate the feedback and great review!
My technician John was great. Only problem from my experience is that they are very expensive. More like a rip off when you need something quickly which is inherent with plumbing issues quick. I had to get it done. I was hoping that they would work with me on the final price later. I spoke with Steve the local manager for my area. Wow! Essentially just wanted to argue, not work with me at all. He was talking to me as if I were a DA homeowner. I have done that kind of work around my home many years. I know enough to catch on to BS and he was dishing it out.
We are sorry to hear this is how you feel. In your review you mentioned that you agreed to the price and hoped to negotiate it after the work was performed. Unfortunately this is not how it works. The time to search for the lowest price is before you make a purchase. We record all calls and after listening to the call with our manager we determined he did nothing wrong. Apparently telling you something you do not want to hear constitutes being argumentative. We did a great job for you and you have a warranty. We provide a service. We do not guarantee the lowest price. We hope you find what you are looking for going forward.
Robert Mullin did a great , efficient, job. Thank you
Thank you for the great review. We certainly appreciate it.
Called for Water Heater Repair. They said they would give me free diagnostics when I called for the repair. So when technician Ray Wilson arrives he says the unit is 2013. He was reading the Ansi code Specifications date. The build date on the same Label is 2015. After a lot of checking on his lab top he says he needs to charge $188 for the free diagnostic because he has to "Lay Hands on it.'' So like a sucker I authorized the "Lay Hands on it" diagnostic. So he unscrews the gas line - yep smell gas, then pushes the igniter button, it doesn't light. He pronounces that he has completed his diagnostics. That's what his $188 diagnostics consists of. You gotta be kidding me!
They did a great job!!!
The young man that came out was very sweet and he tried so hard but he was very nervous about what needed to be done
Top notch from the top down
We appreciate your positive review, Brian. Keep Smiling Plumbing & Electric is proud of going the extra mile to see you smile while providing excellent plumbing and electrical services in East Atlanta and the surrounding areas!
