Nick M. responded quickly to request. Explained probable cause of leak and approach to fix it in a calm and courteous manner. His craftsman, Miguel, is a super worker. He showed me a photo of another issue he uncovered when removing old shingles. Then Miguel went to work - new flashing, sealant, and shingles - around a "dead valley" area. Miguel left the house - roof & ground - as clean as he found it. Repair stood up to its first rain test Wednesday night !

2G was very timely in responding to my request for a quote. The contractor was very. The representative came and upon inspection told me we needed a new skylight and a new rood (hail damage). The roof is 9 yrs old and we have not had any significant hail at that time. He said he could caulk the skylight, I agreed, Then he told me his minimum fee is $250.00. He asked if I wanted a quote for a new roof. I said sure. That I have note received to date. I will be going up on the roof when the weather allows us to check out the work done if any.
