Absolutely wonderful start to finish! On time, on budget and beautiful work with great attention to detail. Super professionals who became part of the family. Hired them for our basement remodel which was a tremendous project delivered in time, and in budget with incredible attention to detail.

Customer service very good in the beginning but deteriorated towards the end of the project. Not happy with the overall quality and the level of input we had. So many little things were not done properly. Nice people, but would not hire them again.

JN Kitchens and Bath did a complete remodel of our outdated 1970's era kitchen. They gutted our entire kitchen and hallway and replaced everything from floor to ceiling. We could not be happier with the work done by JN Kitchens. From start to finish they walked us through this extensive remodeling project. They answered all of our questions with a "no pressure", common sense, practical approach to help us get the best value on everything from the cabinets to the drawer pulls. The pricing was fair and the quality of the construction and cabinets is phenomenal! We highly recommend JN Kitchens and Bath for any remodeling project.

JN Kitchen Design created our dream kitchen. They are extremely professional, timely and customer service oriented. JN Kitchen met all of our requirements and then some to create a kitchen that is beautiful and extremely functional at a price we could afford. We will be calling them again for future projects.

Joe was great to work with on the design portion of the project. We took down a wall, added new cabinets, countertops, updated plumbing, electrical and flooring. Joe's son Mark was onsite once construction started. He did a great job of communicating what work would be done each day. Mark and his workers were there each day they said they would be. Rob the plumber was excellent....very helpful in answering questions as we did have some unexpected work come up that needed to be done. Our only challenges stemed from electrical work where our thermostat was disconnected when it shouldn't have been and well as other electrical as well.

The kitchen we wanted we couldn't afford. So Joe from JN Kitchen helped find ways to cut down on costs but still have a beautiful finished product. They also finished the project pretty much right on time. Joe and his team were great about communicating w/ us and did a great job. We love our new kitchen. Our friends and family have come over and all agree it's 100% better.

Easy to work with - skilled professionals with a great team.

Had a number of issues where we had to keep calling back the workers to fix what was not done properly the first time. Asked for specifics for the kitchen, did not receive those as requested. Workers would say they would come on certain days, certain times, would either not show up or did not come. Was not very happy with JN Kitchens and would not recommend them to anyone. Definitely what I thought I would receive and received for kitchen was very different. Don't believe person they noted as "plumber" was one as had VARIOUS issues with that and paid a lot of money for that particular service. Very disappointed.
