Write a ReviewJason and his assistant were very professional courteous and prompt. He was out to my house the same day I called him and took care of the water damage right away. I highly recommend.
Jason and his team were fantastic and efficient! I contacted Jason during on call hours and he immediately set up a meeting time for the next morning! Several water breaks in the house and Jason's team set up dehumidifiers throughout the rooms, taped everything off, cleared out damaged items, and cleaned it up within a week. Amazing workers and Jason was very easy to work with, explained the process in detail, and answered all of the questions that we had. He called with updates so we knew what was going on throughout the process. I'd highly recommend him and his team!
I had a great experience with 1-800 Water Damage in Fargo, NC. They showed up fast, explained everything in simple terms, and got right to work. The team was polite and made a stressful situation much easier. My home looks and feels back to normal. I would definitely use them again.
Great experience, called on a Saturday and they showed up an hour later. I didn't have a lot of water damage but it seems they care about the customer and doing it right.
Jason, Jamie, and the entire team were incredible to work with. They made an extremely stressful situation seem bearable. Our sump pump failed and flooded the basement. From the moment I called until the time they left, I experienced top level customer service. Jason communicated efficiently and explained the entire process in detail so I felt comfortable with the work they were doing as they did it. He answered my call right away and was able to come in a few hours. They were all willing to help move our stuff quickly and safely with smiles on their faces each day. I couldn’t imagine how I would have mentally survived that day without their care! We feel so lucky to have had them get us through.
