The S M Kerley, LLC is an amazing group of professionals. They treated our project as their own furniture. They coordinated the times for review and then cleaning and remedial activities for the best timing for all. Their initial review was objective, consideraste, and yet to the point of providing the best job and service. We appreciated their candid review of each item. A number of items had cloth and foam that were way advanced in the mold stage. Their advice was to discard. Then we organized space to work in. our bad items and other junk hauled off. When they returned at the agreed and appointed time, they were courteous, efficient and very profession. Our precious furniture looks, smells, and seems as good as new. These items were treated with great care. Then they were placed in a controlled recovery environment that would allow further remedial healing and control of mold and toxicity. I called 1-800 WATER DAMAGE after a below-grade sewer pump failed in my basement apartment. They responded quickly even though the event happened on a holiday. I was impressed with the thoroughness of their mitigation and remediation work, which was extremely important since it was a brown water incident. The quality of their work is also excellent. Although my homeownerâ s insurance was quick and easy to work with, my mortgage company had to endorse the check for the claim, and they were NOT quick and easy to work with. After multiple rounds of submitting paperwork and seeming no closer to getting the check endorsed, 1-800 WATER DAMAGE worked directly with the mortgage company to help resolve the roadblock. I heartily recommend them based on their professionalism, speed, work quality, and helpfulness.
