    Repairman couldn't fix the AC problem because he was working on the wrong unit (there are 3 at my house). Once he figured out the correct unit he said that he doesn't have access to parts under waranty. He wanted to replace the whole unit. I had to hire soneone else.

    Hottest week in Austin on record and the A/C at a rental property went down. I called O2 at 8:30am. They met with the tenants on site and the problem was fixed before noon. The price was great — they replaced the capacitor and tested everything else without taking advantage of the fact that I wasn’t there. Before I called O2, I called 2-3 other companies— all had multiple day waiting lists. However, calling those companies first made me appreciate O2 availability, service, and honesty even more. Needless to say O2 will be my only call going forward.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
