I would like to say Brad was very prompt at his arrival. He was very informative and taught me a lot about my system. He spoke to me like an adult instead of a confused client and he was so helpful and informative I will be using 2KoolAC services from now on. I haven’t had this great of an experience with any kind of service lately so it was a very welcoming experience thank you so much, Brad for all your help and your professionalism.

Brad came out to our place off of FM1174 yesterday and did a great job of getting our AC unit going again after a capacitor had failed. Along the way he educated me just enough on what had gone wrong to make me dangerous if it happens again. :). We have nothing but good things to say about O2 Kool, both in their initial communications and then in their onsite service.

Chris recently came immediately to fix our AC in the horrible heat of summer. In the past they also replaced our duct work in a timely, professional, cost effective, and trustworthy manner. I will definitely use them again when it is time to replace our unit and for all other maintenance and repairs.

Honest, trustworthy, and quick. My AC unit wasn’t able to keep up with the heat. Michael came out an hour after I put in the request, ran a few tests, and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He was very honest every step of the way and didn’t attempt to sell me a service or repair that I didn’t need.
