"I highly recommend Peak Roofing and Siding. We needed some siding replaced over the front of our garage and Peak did an amazing job getting the exact match. John was great to work with throughout the entire process and takes great pride in his work. He spent time contacting the builder of our 20-year-old house to get the exact match of our siding. Due to the pandemic, the gable-vent manufacturer had closed temporarily. John called multiple places and was able to get one shipped here from another part of the country. John also made a couple of trips to our house to show us the siding so that we could see that it was a perfect match and he also brought out the gable vent for us to look at. Throughout the entire process, John was easy to reach and had great communication keeping us up to date through the entire job. The installation crew was also great. They worked hard, were professional, and cleaned up everything. We could not be happier with the results. Despite this being a smaller job, John treated us like we were his biggest customer. I highly recommend Peak Roofing and Siding. Upon meeting them, you will see for yourself why this is the company to use for your roofing and siding needs."

Keith, the very friendly owner, personally came to my home to show me the available colors, options, etc. I found it to be of an advantage to work directly with the owner so as to ensure a clear line of communication and have expectations understood. As with most home renovations I had a few concerns during the work which Keith quickly addressed via a quick phone call. "Anthony and the Apex crew did fantastic work for us installing a French drain system in our backyard, and a new drainage system for our driveway and replaced our full driveway and front porch. Anthony was communicative and professional and worked hard to earn our business. His crew had the French drain system finished up in one day, and the concrete crew wrapped up their work in three days. Everything looks great, the crews were friendly and approachable, and worked hard to get everything done right. Highly recommended!"

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."
