"I called Michael Snook because the Lowe’s delivery guys were incapable of installing my Samsung AI washer and dryer stacker appliance. They threw up their hands immediately because they said they couldn’t unscrew the old water hose from the faucet. It was too tight. They said I needed to call a plumber. I’m so glad I called Michael Snook. He sent Brandon that very afternoon who immediately got the old water hose unscrewed, and overcame every obstacle that arose during the installation. He was very persistent and capable of quickly solving problems to get the job done right."

We had to delay install due to a trip and they were accommodating to our schedule, and let us know we could schedule them to install after we returned. They were efficient with the 24-window replacement, completing them in just 2 1/2 days. It's great that they were accommodating with the work and communicated their process throughout the install. The walk around at the end was a nice touch to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend them based on our experience with Will, Dan, and installers Tim and Owen who were amazing. Reasonable competitive prices, Foley home owners."

"I had Hometown Contractors install a new acrylic jetted tub with inline heater, replacing my old fiberglass garden tub. Without realizing it, I chose a waterfall faucet fixture that was not an easy install, but they did a lovely job of it. At the same time I had them tear out the old fiberglass shower and replace it with a larger acrylic one. Again they did a lovely job. It was us-posed to take two days but ended up being four due to illness - but life happens. My son and I are enjoying our new bathroom, and I plan to use HTC again when I replace the tub and shower combos in the other two bathrooms."
