Looked at my existing door opener, explained he could fix but really could not guarantee it would last. (the door opener was probably 12 to 15 yrs. old and had seen its day. Installed new opener (fair price) in about 3 hrs. Linked cars to opener, provided info installing cell phone APP, cleaned and lubed all door parts. rollers, springs, hinges.
