Ed came out and fix several plumbing related issues (vanity sink faucet leak, bath tub drain stopper replacement, broken shower head diverter and shower head replacement). He was courteous and promptly highlighted unanticipated issues (I was not at the property at the time). The rate was very reasonable and he provided a breakdown of materials and labor cost. In addition, called him again when the garbage disposal was thought to be broken and Ed came out and quickly identified we just needed to use a wrench to turn the grinder as something was stuck.
