Nicole helped us to understand our re-roofing needs and our options, and she assisted us in deciding the best mix of materials to get the style and kind of roof we wanted. We decided to replace our old roof with 3/4 inch plywood boards covered by Tiger Paw Deck Protection, and then covered by GAF Timberline American Harvest Lifetime Shingles in Saddlewood Ranch tone, with Stain Guard Algae Discoloration Protection. In addition, a complete drip edge was installed along the whole perimeter of roof lines. We also arranged for installation of valley metal, new flashing around the chimney and skylights, and Weather Watch mineral surface leak barrier on valleys, around skylights, chimneys, and all penetrations, and Pro Start starter strip along the perimeter of the roof lines. Finally, we arranged for installation of cap ridges and hips with Ridglass Cap Shingles, as well as a new Ridge Vent system to promote attic air circulation. The initial meeting with Nicole was on 12/10/16. We met with three other companies, and this helped us to determine that Reve would be best for us and our home. We finalized and signed the contract with Nicole on 12/23/16. All roofing materials were delivered on 1/4/17 by a careful and hard-working crew lead by Sean. Work began on Sat. 1/7/17 and is being completed today, Tuesday 1/10/17. Juan Diaz Alvarez, the Project Foreman, and his co-workers Benito, Jose, Cesar, , Jonathan, Eric, and Miguel are friendly, professional, focused, determined, and very hard-working. They persist with great energy and effort, even in the face of cold early January weather and intermittent rain on several days. You could tell that they enjoy their work, and that they work well together. The new roof looks wonderful, and, with proper care, should last for many years. Reve has the right formula, the right materials, and the right people for doing a great job building a superior roof and roofing system, on time, and within a fair budget. "Renewal by Andersen put in four doors and installed more than 15 windows this weekend (2022). Specifically, double-hung windows, casement windows, gliding and picture windows. The installers were Mark Svenson and Coltin Giles. Both did a terrific job, they were very efficient and clean with their work. They also cleaned up afterwards. Both were very professional. Renewal and Andersen should be very proud of the work they do. As a customer, I am very pleased. In fact, I will be contracting with Renewal by Andersen in a few months to install another door and 5 more casement windows. I will ask that the work be performed by Mark Svenson & Coltin Giles again. Additionally, a year later I had a large sliding glass door and two large windows added to the house. All were, again, Andersen. We are still pleased with the results. Additional Comments (Oct, 2023): A couple years later, I asked Renewal by Andersen to come out for two repairs: A cracked window and a sticky door jam. They scheduled a response immediately and, as soon as the replacement window was prepared, their service tech drove out to my remote town. The employee, Rick Torres, provided text mssgs as to his E.T.A. and, sure enough, he arrived on time and was ready to work. Mr. Torres had all the necessary tools and covered his feet before entering. He worked efficiently and professionally and had a great attitude. He identified areas that could be improved beyond what I had observed earlier. He made the current repairs and I look forward to him returning to work on the additional areas, the framing that he feels could be improved."

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. "I recently had vinyl siding installed by the 2FL Enterprises who was installing siding on a house across the road form my residence. The crew was very professional in their workmanship and at the end of each day they cleaned up the work area very well. I contracted 2FL and Terry laid out a viable work plan, he gave us suggestions and helped us design the look we wanted for our home. The vinyl siding turned out great and brought out the most in our house. The crew did lots of extras at no additional charge and performed their work in a timely and orderly fashion. "LWW&D was very responsive, and very professional. Their quote was in line with everyone else, and they offered a higher quality product. They were not pushy, but they were very responsive. Update: They left a voicemail Monday for the install date, stating "Wednesday, between 10-10:30." When they did not arrive I called and they said "next Wednesday, not this Wednesday." The woman in the office insisted she spoke to me and gave the right date, and would not have left a voicemail. But, I still have the voicemail in my email box. The owner was again responsive, and offered a discount for the trouble."
