"Sept. 2025. I had Direct Remodels replace 2 hurricane windows from a previous company that went out of business. Renn was my salesman. He was very efficient, very knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. He gave me all the information I needed, he literally sat back and let me make my own decision. He told me my 2 bedroom windows did not need to be replaced, “no problem, no need to replace” was his answer. I love my new windows. Alex and his assistant were the installers. They did a fantastic job. Arrived at 8 a m and driving away at 10:15 a m. Direct Remodels was the only company that responded to my request for information and pricing. I am a very happy customer. "Deo came one evening and looked at the work he had to do. Complete hookup of kitchen sink with dishwasher and garbage disposal. And tear out 2 bathroom vanities and sinks and reinstall 2 new sinks with new plumbing. Deo made his list of supplies the night before. Came back early in the morning and completed everything with no spare supplies. He did a great job and I highly recommend him to anyone. I will be using his services in the future."
