"I initially called to have them replace drywall that was damaged by water but, they ended up working on a couple other projects I had. All of the work they do is really worth the five stars. I managed to also get two bedrooms finished because of them and can now move into my new home. If you are looking for someone I highly recommend Ventura group. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."

"I found Simu Design Corp. through Home Advisor and am very pleased with their work! A floor tile had broken and many other tiles were loose. Sorin carefully removed many tiles without damaging any of them! He then cemented under them, replaced them and then grouted in between the tiles. He did the repair and cleanup in four hours and did an excellent job! He is very experienced, skilled and professional and I HIGHLY recommend him!!!"

I had Spanish tile looking ceramic tile floors the entire downstairs of my townhouse. All the furniture was moved, including the refrigerator. Matt also replace the rug under my HEAVY dinning room table. The grout is is light coral again. Very pleased. Only took 2 hours."
