Sawgrass was by far most pleasant about explaining. Came out in less than 24 hrs for quote. Explained that roof permits were taking about 4 weeks. Not enough time before closing. He explained repairs would cover. Once hired on Saturday , was here Tuesday morning and finished in few hours. All crew were following corona guidelines. Work accepted by us and realtor. "BEST ROOFING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! SUNTEK ROOFING representative came to inspect and provide repair cost estimate for small garage ceiling water damage around gas water heater chimney and roof above it. He went into the attic and reported that there was no visible damage. Then he went outside and up to the roof to inspect chimney area. The only damage was a very small crack/separation in the union of the two chimney parts. He determined that the hurricane wind had pushed the rain through that small crack into the chimney and into the garage ceiling. Repair solution was to seal the little crack with a special sealer which he had in the truck. He did the work right there and then CHARGED ME NOTHING !!! BEST ROOFING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. MOST HONEST AND RESPONSIBLE ROOFER EVER !!!"
