"Greg and his assistance were awesome! We hired them to clean the tile and grout and the dryer vent. Greg's assistance noted that the dryer was not properly installed. Although, it was not his responsibility, he fixed the vent and secured it properly to both the dryer and the wall. With regard to the grout, the difference was amazing following the cleaning! Greg was very thorough and was willing to explain in detail the process for the cleaning. He was very patient with answering all of my (many) questions. They provided great service and I would recommend them highly!"

"We had a shower whose tile floor was separating from the wall and also had a tile on the wall starting to buckle out from the others. Tony did great work. He replaced all the tile in the shower from about two feet up all the way down to the shower pan. Tony also used a better water barrier product behind the tile than had been used by the builder. He also sent me a picture of the floor design he had come up with, to insure I liked it, before installing. It featured pieces he had at his place combined with some of the left over tile I had from the original shower. Tony came out the same day I called him and spent a total of 3 or 4 days completing the project (to allow for dry times, etc). Also, note that Tony is a one-man gang. You won't have to worry about him being only a salesman to then find someone else showing up to do the work. Tony did a fantastic job. If there were any negatives at all, it would be that the grout used was a slightly different color than the original, but it is only noticeable (and barely) when the grout is dry. That being said, we thought Tony's grout matched the tile better. Plus, he was using premium products. Again, we were very happy with the end results."

"I appreciated I was given a choice on how the work was done. Water from the shower was getting under the bathroom floor. The bathroom was redone 2 years ago. In the shower the new tile was put over the old. The weight cracked the fiberglass shower pan. The choice I was given was I would have to remove the granite shower wall by cutting the sheet rock to replace the pan. That was the correct way. Or bond and seal the fiberglass pan. I went with the bonding. I would definitely use Primo Again."
