"Hi, I would like to let your staff know that my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new tub and shower renovation. Mark and Tim kept us informed all the way through the retrofit process. As for Mark and Tim's professionalism, they were second to none! Very respectful, extremely friendly and courteous. There work was first rate and they left the job clean and spotless. They even laid throw rugs down so that they would not damage the flouring through the house. As for the demolition process, Mark and Tim removed and disposed of all renovation debris Ă¢ they did not leave it on the side of our yard for the garbage pickup, WOW! Mark and Tim arrived early both days of the renovation and got to work immediately. They made the renovation look easy. They came well prepared and had all of the materials necessary to complete the renovation quickly. Mark went over the pluming process and informed me of why they use the materials they chose for the renovation Ă¢ he was extremely through on explaining the plumbing process and I greatly appreciated that. I had some concerns about how the shower window casing would be installed. Again, Mark went over the process with me and the final window casing came out beautifully. West Shore Homes can be extremely proud or their renovation team of Mark and Tim. I would recommend they to anyone without hesitation. Sincerely, Ken and Pam Austin"
