"I have a large walk-in shower. A water stain appeared on the ceiling below. I called Velasco and he was at my house the next day to evaluate. He and his assistant took apart my old shower floor a few days later and found extensive leaking in the barrier underneath. They took the shower apart, replaced the stained marble pieces with new, relined underneath then retiled the floor and reinstalled the glass. I paid for parts with no markup. They were tidy and left no mess and the shower looks perfect! I would recommend them for any similar job. DBE"

"Ari is the absolute BEST! I needed various light fixtures replaced/installed throughout the house. I had previously hired an electrician last year to do a few things, but he left holes in the wall, damaged the ceiling, and I was not satisfied with his work overall. Then Ari came to my rescue and I learned how good a contractor can be if you find the right one! He switched 2 ceiling fans to different rooms (and repaired the ceilings the previous guy damaged), fixed the hole in the wall, installed new switches, including dimmers, and installed 2 new ceiling lights. It seemed like every switch he opened had 15 wires coming out of the wall so it was not easy, but he did a great job. If he can fix the wiring in my crazy house, he can do anything. I highly recommend Ari for any projects around the house - big or small. He is respectful, extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and overall a great guy!"

He also was able to complete schedule the installation within one week . I shopped around and received several other quotes. The two other quotes were double the price and double the wait time. "Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."

"Ed did an amazing job. He completely replaced and resealed the grout in two of our bathrooms' tiled showers and they look brand new. He matched the grout color to the color of our tile, and the result was much more professional than we had previously. He also was able to clean an old tile floor and restored it to looking beautiful again. Both bathrooms' floors and showers only took about 6 hours, and he was meticulous about clean-up afterwards. He gave us an amazing value for the money and I'd recommend him to anyone."
