Our project involved modernizing a space dominated by an outdated brick wood-burning fireplace and 1980s-style built-ins. We aimed to transform it with a horizontal electric fireplace, custom fluted built-ins for the TV, hidden shelving for electronics, and stylish open shelving with LED lighting. Prior quotes from other contractors seemed inflated, but when I connected with Wladimir from WS Builders, he provided a fair estimate that aligned perfectly with my expectations and the materials' costs. We promptly signed the contract, and work began without delay. Wladimir estimated about 35 days for completion, and impressively, the team finished in just 30 days despite some minor design tweaks along the way.
