"We obtained 4 quotes from different roofing contractors. We chose Garden State Roofing and Chimney primarily due to Besi who came out to give my wife and I an estimate. After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He helped us select a color of the roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Garden State Roofing and Chimney was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. He returned my initial call for an estimate, he showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the job. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."

"Denis and his team came in evaluated the leak and worked to find the root cause of the issue. He quickly fixed the damage and advised on different courses of action to take to fix the roof. In the end they fixed the damage from the leak and replaced the back part of my roof. "I've had numerous of companies stop by to give me an estimate on a major leak that I had. I did have a pretty old roof i wasn't sure if needed a complete replacement since I cant go on the roof. I made an appointment with the direct call and they were on time as promised. These guys stood out from the start with such professionalism and explanation that blew everybody else out of the park.
